Oreo Triple Chocolate Protein Cookies

These chocolate treats are reminiscent of a childhood favorite—but without the sugar or guilt! And they contain three types of chocolate for added antioxidant deliciousness: chocolate chips, cacao, and nibs! Enjoy as an afternoon pick up with a delightful glass of mylk.

Servings: 5-10 (depending on size)

 Ingredients

  • 4 keto oreo cookies (choose your favorite brand!)
  • ½ tsp baking powder (optional)
  • 2 tsp unsweetened mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Crumble the oreo cookies into the small pieces.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add half a cup of water. Keep adding water until a doughy-like texture is reached.
  4. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  5. Place 2 tbsp of dough per cookie into a pan and have about 2 inches of space in between.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes – they should still be gooey in the center!
