These chocolate treats are reminiscent of a childhood favorite—but without the sugar or guilt! And they contain three types of chocolate for added antioxidant deliciousness: chocolate chips, cacao, and nibs! Enjoy as an afternoon pick up with a delightful glass of mylk.

Ingredients
- 4 keto oreo cookies (choose your favorite brand!)
- ½ tsp baking powder (optional)
- 2 tsp unsweetened mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Crumble the oreo cookies into the small pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add half a cup of water. Keep adding water until a doughy-like texture is reached.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Place 2 tbsp of dough per cookie into a pan and have about 2 inches of space in between.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes – they should still be gooey in the center!
